Partnering With Purpose: Building a Stronger Supplier Network Together

Camilla Yang • July 2, 2026

We are expanding our national network of partners, suppliers and subcontractors as we continue to grow across commercial cleaning and facilities management.

We’re inviting Indigenous owned businesses, certified social enterprises, veteran owned suppliers and regional SMEs to register their interest in future opportunities across metropolitan, regional and remote locations throughout Australia.

This is more than a one-off tender opportunity. It’s part of our long-term commitment to building a strong, agile and socially responsible supplier network that can support future contracts while creating meaningful community impact. Through this approach, we aim to strengthen regional supply chains, create pathways for local participation and work alongside organisations that generate positive social outcomes through business.

Opportunities Across Multiple Service Areas

We regularly seek partners and suppliers across a broad range of service categories, including:

  • Commercial cleaning and hygiene services
  • Security and concierge services
  • Grounds maintenance and landscaping
  • Building maintenance and minor works
  • Electrical, plumbing and HVAC support
  • Waste management and recycling services
  • Logistics and transport support
  • Plant and equipment hire
  • PPE, uniforms and consumables
  • General site and operational support services

If your business supports facilities operations in another way, we’d still love to hear from you.

Building Partnerships That Grow Together

We believe partnerships should go beyond compliance. We understand that supplier requirements should reflect the size and scope of the work, and where appropriate, we’re open to pilot programs, Tier 2 and Tier 3 opportunities, and capability-building pathways supported through structured onboarding.

Our goal is to create long-term partnerships that help suppliers grow while delivering measurable social procurement outcomes for our clients and communities.

How to Register Your Interest

Our Expression of Interest (EOI) is hosted through the Social Traders platform and is available to organisations with an active Social Traders profile.

For social enterprises, certification through Social Traders is free, and certified organisations can access procurement opportunities through the portal. If you’re not yet registered, you can begin the Social Traders registration or certification process and create your supplier profile to participate.

Ready to take the next step?

  1. Register or activate your organisation profile on Social Traders
  2. Search for the ahs premier facilities EOI
  3. Submit your EOI online through the portal

We’re building a supply chain that is inclusive, capable and ready for the future, and we’d welcome the opportunity to work with you.

At The Westin Perth, four team members have recently embarked on a new chapter through a partnership between ahs hospitality, The Westin Perth and Hospitality Disability Network WA (HDN WA). What started with an information session has grown into meaningful employment, increased confidence and exciting career opportunities.

With Earth Day this month, it’s a timely reminder that sustainability is driven not only by major innovations, but also by the everyday actions that collectively create meaningful change. In housekeeping and commercial cleaning services, practical sustainability can be embedded in daily operations through smarter resource use, reduced waste, and continuous improvements that support both environmental outcomes and operational efficiency.

At ahs hospitality, Cultural Diversity Week is an opportunity to reflect on what truly makes our teams strong: the people, perspectives and experiences that come together every day across our operations. Housekeeping is one of the most diverse workforces in the hospitality industry. Across our teams, individuals from over 80 nationalities work side by side, bringing unique skills, values and ways of thinking. This diversity is not only part of who we are, it is a key driver of how we deliver consistent, high-quality service.

With February here and new students preparing to move in, student accommodation providers are entering one of the busiest times of the year. Tight turnaround windows, high occupancy and rising expectations mean every room and shared space needs to feel clean, fresh and ready from day one. A well-planned turnover cleaning approach helps create a positive first impression for incoming residents while protecting the long-term condition of your property. It also ensures a smoother transition between outgoing and new students, making move-in periods far more manageable for on-site teams.

As the hospitality industry moves into 2026, the role of housekeeping continues to evolve. Hotel operators are no longer looking for providers who simply deliver clean rooms, they are seeking strategic housekeeping partners who can support operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, workforce stability, compliance, and sustainability. With ongoing labour challenges, rising guest expectations, and increased focus on sustainability and risk management, housekeeping has become a core driver of overall hotel performance. So what will define a strong housekeeping partnership in 2026?

The festive season is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the incredible work of housekeeping teams. While guests are enjoying holidays, reunions, and summer travel, our housekeeping teams work tirelessly behind the scenes to create clean, welcoming spaces that make every stay feel special. As we move into the summer holiday period, many industries begin to experience their own version of “peak season.” Hotels welcome a surge of guests, shopping centres see heavier foot traffic, offices prepare for year-end shutdowns, and student accommodation providers manage large-scale move-outs. With demand rising across the board, now is the perfect time for businesses to plan ahead, strengthen their cleaning and housekeeping operations, and ensure they’re well-prepared for the busy months ahead.

October is Safe Work Month, and at ahs hospitality, it’s our time to pause, reflect, and celebrate what truly keeps our teams strong: safety. This year’s theme, “Be Prepared. Be Safe.”, captures the proactive approach we take to safety every day. As Jay Markland, Safety and Quality General Manager, explains: “Every day, we assess our tasks, identify risks, and put the right steps in place to keep our people safe. These risk assessments help shape our training and procedures, because when we follow our processes, we protect not just ourselves, but each other.” Throughout the month, we’ve focused on a new topic each week, exploring how small, everyday habits can make a big difference and help us create a safer workplace for everyone.
